Returns & Exchanges
Here at Riley Grace our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your order! Merchandise that is eligible to return are purchases made from the Riley Grace website shoprileygrace.com. Merchandise can be returned for Shop Credit within 7 days of shipment receipt per USPS tracking. Once we receive your item, we will issue a shop credit in the amount paid for the product. No exceptions. Please note, any purchases made from the Riley Grace App, VIP group, and live sales are FINAL SALE.
Returns/Exchanges; To return an item please fill out this form here. Once we have received your item with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and shows no signs of stains or odors, we will send you a shop credit with the amount you purchased the item for. Any discounts or promotions cannot be transferred. Please note, any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for an exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges may take 3-5 business days to be processed, please contact customer service info@ShopRIleyGrace.com with any questions. If you do not follow our returns policy and send an item back that does not follow our guidelines, you will have two options. Option one will be to pay for shipping to receive the item back or option two we will donate the item.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! All regular orders will ship within 7 business days. Preorders will take longer and have an estimated ship date.
Once an item has shipped, Riley Grace is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact your local USPS for more information. Tracking will be emailed if you provide an email at checkout.

What size should I purchase?
We purchase our clothing from a wide range of vendors (mostly made in the USA) to provide our customers with unique, trendy clothing. The sizing, styles, and cuts do vary among manufacturers but as a guideline please see our general women’s size chart below.
