We strive to make sure that our customers have the best experience possible - below you will find everything you need to know to shop with Riley Grace! Please note that once you have added an item to your cart the item is held for you. Once held you have committed to purchasing the item and another customer is not able to purchase the item. 📢
👗 Sizing Information - What size should I purchase?
We purchase our clothing from a wide range of vendors (mostly made in the USA) to provide our customers with unique, trendy clothing. The sizing, styles, and cuts do vary among manufacturers but as a guideline please see our general women’s size chart below.
If you run between sizes and are unsure what size will fit best, we generally suggest going up a size. For instance, if you are a 4/5 we would suggest going with the Medium. If you are a 8/9 we suggest going up to the Large!
**Note: If an item looks fitted on the model, the item will be fitted. If the item looks oversized on the model, it will fit oversized. If it runs long/short on the model, it will fit long/short.
🛒 How do I order?
Please go to https://rileygrace.commentsold.com/ to register as a new customer. This is very simple - log in with your Facebook, input your name, email and address. Check the "Send to Messenger" box once all your information is complete. On your account page, you will see tabs for your shopping cart, your paid orders and fulfilled orders. This is also where you can change your shipping address and apply coupons.
Once your account is set-up you are able to start purchasing. “SOLD” is the key word here. When commenting, you will need to comment “SOLD + YOUR SIZE.” For example, “SOLD MEDIUM.”
If there are multiple colors available for the posted item, you will need to add the color provided, for example “SOLD MEDIUM MAUVE.” Spelling and spacing matter! If your comment is incorrect, you will need to leave an entirely new comment for the system to register your order. If you would like two or more of an item, you will need to leave two separate comments for each item.
💵 How do I pay?
As soon as you comment, the CommentSold system will auto reply within minutes to confirm your order. You will receive a Facebook message with your invoice. Follow the link provided to checkout on your account page and pay for your invoice. Cancellations are not permitted once invoices have been sent. We understand unfortunate situations do arise so please feel free to contact customer support at email@example.com with any issues. As always, we offer free shipping!
If using Sezzle or AfterPay, you will be given the option to opt in to either program at checkout!
📦 Tracking Orders
When your order is ready, you will receive a notification that lets you know your order has been fulfilled and on its way to you! A tracking number (USPS) will be provided. You are able to track all orders through your account when an item has been shipped. For updates on whether or not an item has arrived to our shipping facility click here.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items purchased from the Riley Grace VIP Group, Riley Grace Facebook Page, and live sales are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns are accepted. In the case you receive an item that has a manufacture defect, the incorrect item/size that you purchased please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
